to me it looks like a pickup truck being used by a construction company and then they needed more space for other types of machinary so they hooked up to the hitch an old dodge/chrystler motorless/engineless minivan to be used for storing their tools, machines etc.

The back of the blue van is connected to the green pickup truck. The blue van is like a big closet on wheels. :)
California Down Kingston
Anyone from Cali would know in a minute..The truck is holding all the movie equipment and the van is hooked up because they are filming a movie :) The windows have screens in them fo block out the outdoor light.
