this water is from the pool, to be able to flush the toilet!! The water pump is electric, hence no water for basic needs. (a filled up tub of water would’ve helped)

A filled up tub of water is very dangerous if you have small children in the house

    Dear expert,
what if i fill up a half a tub?
and how small do these children have to be?
(what if the water is cold? does it make a difference?)
