  the kinus yaldei hashluchim is paid for in part by rabbi krisky/merkos. that is who pays for all of the kinus. which rabbi krinsky raises thrugh genrous donors like the Rohr family. and in part by the schluchim office,

  the major donor for the Kinus is the Rohr family who are very close to rosenfeld of coloubia and dave in “the shul” and are very close to Rabbi lipsker.

  Merkos is a huge benfactor from them, as well as them suporting many other chabad moisdos directly, in europe and in rusia, this is done direct. however rabbi krinsky has apointed moshe kotlorsky as a liasion to the Rohr family regarding funding for some smaller moisdos.
