  • very important cause

i wonder if this would go by before gimmul tammuz. is this not secular? true its an important cause, but does this justify all means? what does this do for our kids? what happened to the old fashioned melave maka fundraisers?

to no 1 its very important for men/women to have a kosher outlet im sure the rebbe would have approved especially devorah who has shown the world to be humble dress the way the rebbe would have wanted how many ladies who get fame to there name change the way the are i think that devorah is proberly 1 of the few.actually for kids its good to say look its kosher fun no need for movies pubs etc and also to say look devorahs frum im proud to be her sister who wishes i could have been there seeing everyone have a great time in a kosher way .and talking of secular crown heights should be more worried on other issues hatzlochah devorah for many more functions

#1, seriously? So anything inovative and effective is “goyshe”? So maybe goyshe HASC concerts are out too? After all, it’s a CONCERT. And maybe yeshivabound.com is goyshe? After all, the INTERNET. Only reason no one did it till now is because no on THOUGHT of it

  • to number 1

i agree one hundred percent. that’s why i did not support it. and that’s why i did support another moisad who arranged a farbrengen for the men.

to the other comments; women should not be deciding the standards for men. they don’t understand them, and they should not wreck unintended havoc. by the way, same goes for men dictating women events.

  • i am embarrassed for them

it does not feel right, to see hundreds of men, some with white beards, listening to a comedian.
im not surprised the shuls are empty, with no one learning. i am also not surprised to see the results on the youth.
