Seriously, what is your problem? Let them enjoy their L’chaim in peace.
Is there a Halachic problem? I don’t know.
But I do know, they will not change their plans becuase of your post.
So why put them in a uncomfortable situation?
If you really were concerned about halacha, you would go to a rav, ask the question, then call up the engaged couple and voice your concerns (if any).
