Two Girls Harassed and Spat on While On The Way To School in Crown Heights

Two girls on their way to Bais Rivkah Wednesday morning were petrified when a non-Jewish male suddenly accosted them, cursing and spitting in their face.

The incident took place around 8:15am in the area of Union Street and New York Ave, frightening the girls but thankfully leaving it with words only. Scared but otherwise ok, the girls continued to school.

When the girls returned home at the end of the day, they notified their parents what had happened, who in turn notified Crown Heights Shomrim of the incident.

Shomrim volunteers were on hand Thursday morning to ensure that such incidents do not take place.
