From a 911 Call to a Divine Encounter
When a “friendly” (yet curious) neighbor saw a moving truck arrive from Mequon, Wisconsin at the home of Shluchim Rabbi Yitzchok and Shani Minkowicz, they decided to call the local Sheriff, just to be sure everything was alright.
But what started as a standard security check quickly turned into a heartwarming moment none of them will ever forget…
With warmth, kindness, and genuine connection, the Sheriff was invited to experience something truly special putting on Tefillin for the very first time, marking a spontaneous and meaningful Bar Mitzvah moment!
To top it all off, he left with a huge smile and a gift straight from the heart a freshly baked challah for Shabbos, lovingly prepared by Shani Minkowicz herself.
A beautiful reminder that sometimes, the most unexpected encounters bring the biggest blessings.
