Maccabi Athletes Wrap Tefillin
Rockland County played host this year to the JCC Junior Maccabi Games, where over 1,400 Jewish athletes have come to town to compete in their respective sports throughout this week.
Rabbi Dov Oliver ran a daily Minyan and Tefillin booth at the games where the athletes had the opportunity to wrap Tefillin many for the first time in their lives.
