The follwoing is a quick approx tarnslation of the rebbe’s letter
The top part is addressed to the hanholo Of Gan Yisroel by the Rebbe’s secretary Rabbi Sholom M Simpson:
I am hereby attaching the brocho that The Rebbe sent to camps Gan Yisroel in connection with their opening this year

and now the Rebbes Brocho:
The opening of camp and the time spent in camp should be Behatzlocho Rabbo
And the hatzlocho should continue in all areas of Gan – Yisroel, spiritually and materially
And Gan Yisroel as per its name to grow good trees that will bear good fruit
and the Posuk should be fulfilled “that the oibershter will come to his garden. his Dirosoi Betachtoinim
Through learnign his Torah and doing his Mitzvos lit with light and Chassidishe Chayos as per the will of my father in law the Rebbe. And the Oibershter will help
And through all this we will bring even closer what the oibershter told us – the Oibershter that took us out of Mitzrayim so to he will show us miracles with the tru Geula though Moshiach Tzidkeinu
