Accident on Brooklyn and Union Injures 1

Sunday evening at around 8:45pm just as the snow was getting underway two cars collided in the intersection of Brooklyn Ave and Union St. A blue Chevy Impala driven by a Jewish man was driving down Brooklyn when a black Saab driven by a Black man crossed the intersection from Union St. the cars collided and the Saab was stuck in the driver side door and the car spun around.

The Jewish driver did not sustain any injuries while the other driver was knocked unconscious. Emergency Medical Personal had to force open the doors of his car and rushed him to Kings County Hospital. The driver of the Impala said that he had a green light and was coming from Eastern Parkway and tried to stop, but couldn’t.

    The Yiddishe driver refused any form of medical attention, he said he was ok, and when police finished up with the paperwork he drove home.
