Flashback to 1990: French Tourist Uploads Footage

A French tourist named Frederic Gracia visited New York during October of 1990. During his visit, which coincided with the holiday of Sukkos, he spent time in Crown Heights, where he captured the sights and sounds in and around Lubavitch World Headquarters-770 and Kingston Ave. with his personal camcorder.

Earlier this month, more than a quarter-century after it was filmed, the footage was uploaded to YouTube.

Can you identify anyone in the videos?

Please note: the first video begins with a soundtrack of ‘Hava Negilah’ being sung by a mixed choir. Men who wish to avoid listening to ‘Kol Isha’ should turn off the volume for the first two minutes of the video.
