    now let them all be conscientious, yiras shomayim, devoted and respectful to all children.
    Bottom line: treat the kids with respect.
    If you cannot deal with a kid, and you feel as a teacher that you’re not feeling respect for a kid, then do something….talk to another teacher, mashpia, whatever. Must we remind you that these children’s well being are partially and to a great extent, in your responsibility. My child needs your best, please provide it. Just like we depend our our mashgichim for kosher food.
