I Live on East New York and Kingston and the worst part was that after the shots were fired I saw a group on black teenagers walking up Kingston very calm as if nothing happened.

bs’d Sick! Sick, I tell you, and to think of the riots that came of not being permitted to help a little black boy who got hit by the Rebbe’s car, accidently, they just stand there and walk away like he doesn’t matter! They could have saved a life!!!

  • Sad in Crown heights ;-(

    this is so upsetting.
such a young life to be taken.

may the murderers be punished for the evil!

  • stop the violence

It seemed like this youth was someone the black community would hsve been proud of. Not enough is being done to stop gangs in Crown Heights. Blacks and Jews should get together to demand more should be done about gangs and other violence.

  • 911 CALLER

I was the one who called 911 for this. One guy got shot and died, another got hit in the back. It was gang related. CH should deffinetly be a safer place with Hashems help.

  • NOTE TO THE EDITOR

Although I understand the need to inform the community of such events, from a law enforcement stand point, it was irresponsible of you to post this video for the following reasons. First and foremost, it is obvious the building in which the camera view came from compromising the security of those living there. Also, the police need community members to assist with investigations of this sort and posting the video may intimidate people from using cameras and or assisting the police. Lastly, when camera locations are known, it increases the chance of property damage and or harrassment to that individual and or their home. Reponsible journalism finds the proper balance between providing information, while not placing anyone’s safety in jeopardy. Sgt Troise

  • 71st shrugging it off again

I live a block and a half from where this happened. And have any investigators from the police knocked on my door to see if I saw anything suspicious in the neighborhood that day, or if I was in the vicinity when the murder happened, or if I saw what happened, or heard the shots, etc.?

    NO!!!!

If I was a leader of the Jamaican community of Crown Heights, I’d be demanding answers from the 71st, as to why there hasn’t been a no-holds-barred intensive investigation of this horrific crime!!!!

Nice try! If you read the article then you would read Kurton died shortly AFTER ARRIVING THERE!!!!THERE meaning Kings County Hospital. Next time you wish to seem cool and like a righteous person, check your sources! Not like lying is cool and dandy or anything, in fact it is COMPLETELY wrong!!!!

#9 Just because it is reported doesn’t means its true.. He died on the scene. Your only reading what is typed. So you need to check your sources
