This sounds like it is might be similar to the ’91 riots.
The whole tragedy started when a group of Blacks spread the rumor that the Hatzolah ambulence didn’t want to help the young victim, Gavin Cato.
The reason the ambulence left was because the police warned them that an angry crowd was amassing.
Here, perhaps these two rodents used the ‘hitting’ (Not beating-there was no medical report necessary) of Charles Andrews. They were looking for some justification–perhaps.
