Where were these dignitaries in the war, when Jewish families were being annihilated? 220 boys in an orphanage are on strike. They refuse to acknowledge the benefactors and dignitaries on stage, until a survivor like themselves comes on stage and can’t even speak through his tears.

Rabbi Yisroel Meir Lau describes the first Americans to enter Buchenwald and the small boy they encountered. His experiences are heart wrenching and makes one wonder, what would I have done to prevent the Holocaust?

    A brilliant and pleasant teacher and a man of caliber. Rabbi Lau gave an inspiring and interesting talk – very moving.
