Grand Chanuka Celebration in Fort Myers

Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida under the Leadership of Shluchim Rabbi Yitzchok and Nechamie Minkowicz had a Huge Chanukah Celebration at the Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, FL.

Local Shluchim Rabbi Yossi and Rivky Labkowski from Cape Coral FL, and Rabbi Simon and Sheina Jacobson attended as well.

The Grand Menorah was lit by Dr. James Rubenstein, Dr. Gary Price and Dr. Daniel Dosoretz and his 6-year-old grandson Dylan Moon assisted in the lighting of the menorah.

Miamonidies Hebrew Day School the only Jewish Day School in Southwest Florida led a Choir of beautiful Chanukah Songs.

There was Fresh Doughnuts & Hot Latkes & lots of Drinks all distributed for free to all that attended.

The program featured a concert with “Oneg Shemesh”,performing popular and traditional Israeli and Jewish folk songs.

There were great activities for the Children including arts and crafts, face painting, a funny clown and the “Pinata”.
