Chabad Marks Pesach at Baseball Opening Day

Over 4,000 participated in the first ever Chabad’s Passover at Marlins Park at the Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves game in Miami. In an unprecedented Kiddush Hashem visitors enjoyed Kosher L’Pesach food and drink, a concert by The Maccabeats and on field ceremonies including the first pitch thrown by Shliach Rabbi Yakov Fellig of Chabad of the Grove.

Event organizers Rabbis Pinny Andrusier, Chaim Lipskar, Getzy Fellig and Eli Lipskar worked hand in hand with the Miami Marlins to create the unforgettable evening. Each participant received a special limited edition T-Shirt of the Miami Marlins in Hebrew.

However given the heaviness of the Matzah the Marlins were unable to bring home a Pesach victory.
