Hallandale Holds Siyum on ‘Hemshech Ayin Beis’

After over three years of daily weekday study of the famous Hemshech 5672 (Ayin Beis) from the Rebbe Rashab, his longest series of discourses (144 Maamorim), a Siyum of the second part of Ayin Beis was held Friday, 10 Elul, in Congregation Levi Yitzchok-Lubavitch in Hallandale Beach, Florida, the Headquarters of Chabad of South Broward.

The Florida Shiur in Ayin Beis began in the month of Menachem Av, 5771 (2011), as a preparation for the Centennial from when the Hemshech began in the city of Lubavitch in 5672 (1912).

For nearly three years, the half hour Shiur was held Mondays through Fridays at 6:15am. Due to popular demand, the Shiur’s starting time shifted two months ago to 7:30am. The change in time has attracted new participants.

Shiur goers come from Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Aventura, Golden Beach and Sunny Isles. Rabbi Raphael Tennenhaus, who gives the Shiur, thanks all those who filled in for him when he had to be out of town. “The consistancy of the Shiur is thanks to Rabbis Feiner, Philips, Amar, Suffrin and Shluchim from the Yeshiva Torah Ohr, who graciously filled in for me when I had to be out of town”.

Hemshech Ayin Beis was described by the Rebbe as a series of discourses “that contain wonders in Chassidic thought that even surpasses the wonders found in the famous Hemshech Samach Vov (5666-1906).

On Monday, 13 Elul, at 7:30 am, the third Chelek of Ayin Beis Shiur began in Hallandale Beach.

Everyone is welcome to join the daily Shiur. For more information, email rtennenhaus@gmail.com.
