Brooklyn Chabad Center Hosts Lag Ba’omer Festival
Chabad of Georgetown, Brooklyn, directed by Rabbi Avrohom Holtzberg, hosted a grand Lag Ba’omer carnival and fair, which was enjoyed by thousands of local children and adults alike.
The children enjoyed the various rides and activities, while the men took the opportunity to put on Tefilin. Everyone enjoyed the delicious barbecue, served hot off the grill.
As the day turned to nightfall, a large bonfire was lit, and the crowd danced joyously around it to lively singing and music.
