New Kindergarten in Krivoy-Rog Almost Ready

The new Jewish kindergarten in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, will offer a variety of multipurpose spaces, including a performance hall.

The new Jewish kindergarten in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, is nearing completion, with construction crews putting the final touches on exterior walls and interior fixtures in preparation for the installation of the facility’s massive roof.

Designed and built by several Dnepropetrovsk and Krivoy Rog firms, the kindergarten – part of the Ohr Avner Chabad Day School complex – will flood classrooms with natural light.
Jewish community officials see the new kindergarten as complementing a host of educational programs unveiled in recent years.
One year after a cornerstone-laying ceremony presided over by Chabad-Lubavitch Rabbi Liron Edery – the city’s chief rabbi – workers put the final touches on exterior walls and interior fixtures in preparation for the installation of the facility’s massive roof.
The facility will also include dormitory rooms.
Bathrooms will include luxurious touches.
