PSA: Yeshivas Erev Begins Sunday Night

Every weeknight over 350 boys from grades 5-8 will get together in three different locations in Crown Heights for an hour of learning.

The boys will spend their time reviewing the Gemara and Rashi inside, doing their homework with the help of our devoted Madrichim, as well as learning Mishnayos, Gemara and Tanya by heart. There will also be a Shiur every night on a Sicha of the Rebbe, Halacha, Chassidishe story etc. The program will end with a Minyan for Ma’ariv, davening at the pace of the boys.

Throughout the week, the boys will receive raffle tickets for good behavior and learning, and every Thursday night a raffle will be made for fabulous prizes and awards. As well, the boys will receive membership points towards the Chayolei and OTEG programs.

The boys will be rewarded for their attendance with a Yeshivas Erev ID card. The card entitles the member to various discounts and rewards in the local establishments (See picture below), and throughout the year โ€œ30 seconds free in Nosh-Worldโ€ rewards for good behavior and learning.

During the year, there will be different contests and competitions, and a bi-annual Brochos Bee and Shabbos Bee. Participants and winners will receive great prizes and rewards.

We thank Rabbi YY Simpson, Rabbi Hirshel Lustig and Rabbi L. Newman from the Iggud Menahalei Yeshivos for their constant support and guidance in bettering our commitment to the community, and Rabbi Z. Sorkin for coordinating this program.
