Students to Discuss Facebook Ban with Zev Brenner

A few Beis Rivkah students will be interviewed by Zev Brenner on his Talkline radio program this Motzei Shabbos. They will discuss the international media uproar one month ago over the school’s ban on the social networking site Facebook, which was originally reported here on Crownheights.info.

The program will air from 12:00 to 2:00 AM, on WMCA 570 on the AM frequency. You can also tune in by phone by dialing 212-419-4240 ext. 1, or on your iPhone by downloading the Jewish Radio App.

    It may be best to hear it from the Student’s vantage point of view, since they are ultimately the one whom this was brought upon.
    I too, hope they respond in a intelligent manner.

    and to #7 try to focus on what she is saying and not the typos. if more people in Ch would stop for a second and do that more often maybe we wouldn’t look the way we do

    why is crownheights.info proud of the horrible article they wrote about our school??? take it off! you are shaming crown heights.the moral and proper thing to do is to make a public apology for our school.

    i’m surprised BR allows the students to have radios – after all there are some programs that are not up to the top chasid calliber. Maybe there should put a filter on their radios. They should each pay $100.00 deposit and if all they listen to any thing other than Radio Moschiah it will not be returned.
