US Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano took a walking tour Sea Gate, which had some of the worst damage resulting from Hurricane Sandy.
Shown in the photo surveying the devastating damage to the Sea Gate community are Congressman Jerrold Nadler, US Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney and Rabbi Moshe Wiener, Executive Director, Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island.
Present and participating in the tour but not shown in the photo were US Senator Kirstein Gillibrand, NYS Senator Diane Savino, NYS Assemblyman Alec Brook-Krasny, Brooklyn Community Board 13 Community Manager Chuck Reichenthal and Sea Gate Association President Pinny Dembitzer.
