They were paying a shivah call on the family of someone that was very wealthy and absolutely hated Lubavitch and the Rebbe.

The children, it is hoped have different feelings towards our cause and leader.

Regardless; yehi zichro boruch, he should be a gutteh better for his family and klall yisroel, he was a great askin for causes that he believed in.

Guys don’t start up with Rabbi Grossman by calling him an askan. His official role is Ashkenazi Rabbi of Migdal Haemek. Just in case he reads English, this would cause him great angst!

That’s what we need now, sinas chinam and negativity, and that from a kohen too
i guess if you end your venom with a sarcastic bracha that makes it all better

  • the guy never gave lubavitch a dime

The Kohen was correct! The person who sent in this item ommitted the niftar’s name on purpose. It would never had passed the editor’s mailbox. This item was snuck in on the sly. Shame on whoever did this (I know who it is and I’m not telling)
It’s not sinas chinom or negativity. It’s calling a spade a spade and giving the facts. Note that he didn’t write names.

To # 4; No sinah here, and no sarcasm either..
Er zol hubben a lichtiger gan eden, I mean that.. He did a lot of good.. read the article about him in this weeks mishpacha magazine. He was all about helping yiddishket, just not our cause.

I understand his children (some of them) are close to Chabad.
