Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Ruderman, Shliach to the Machane Yehuda neighborhood in Jerusalem, distributed l’chaim in the marketplace on Friday to celebrate his birthday. Mr. Moshe Leon, a leading candidate for Jerusalem’s mayoral election this Tuesday, took a break from his campaigning and said l’chaim with the Shliach.
