Taking advantage of the warm Florida weather, “The Flying Rabbi” Rabbi Joshua Runyan, an FAA accredited Gold Seal flight instructor and editor at Chabad.org, puts on tefillin with a passenger after learning that he’s Jewish, and together they celebrated the first ever “bar mitzvah” at Brooksville Airport, near Tampa.
