Torah Dedicated in Memory of Beloved Mashpia

Undaunted by the massive snowstorm, the Lipskier family completed a brand new Sefer Torah in memory of their dear father and beloved Mashpia Reb Fitzy Lipskier OBM.

After filling in the final letters in the Lipskier home on Carroll Street, a procession made its way up Kingston Avenue to 770 where Hakafos where held.
