Photos: ULY Students get Hey Teves Seforim Fair

United Lubavitcher Yeshiva on Crown Street held today their annual Hei Teves Bookfair. There were over 100 titles available ranging from classic children’s books to new stories to books in Yiddish and Hebrew and a large assortment of Seforim.

The classes came down with their teachers throughout the day. Many parents and friends came during the day to support the Yeshiva and participate in Hei Teves.

The event was orchestrated and organized by Mrs. Rivka Teich, a parent of the school for over 13 years. “I have been putting together the Bookfair for seven years now and this year we definitely had largest selection and most diverse titles yet. It’s great to see the kids come to school, many with their own Chanukah Gelt, to purchase their own Sefer.”

A very big thank you goes to the parents who volunteered at the Bookfair, and a huge Yoshar Koach to Rabbi Y. Goldstein of the administration for his help and assistance in making it happen.

Proceeds from the fair help the PTA fund some of the vital programs for the children. The PTA is also currently holding their annual auction with over 100 great prizes. Click Here to visit the auction site and support the yeshiva!
