Photo Gallery: Aftermath of the (Almost) Blizzard

Though not nearly as potent as was forecasted, the blizzard that rolled by the tri-state area left a sizable amount of snow piled high on top of homes, streets and cars.

As children enjoyed their day off school with snowball fights and snowmen, and adults labored with shovels and scrapers to clear a walking path and dig out their vehicles, a CrownHeights.info photographer went around the neighborhood to capture the scene.

The uly crown st Rebbis on their way to or from a hastily scheduled meeting with the principal? No photos of them walking to or from “work” on a day when classes had been cancelled? heavan forbid It should be a snow day for them too? Would’ve loved the photographer to document the dark side of the storm in Crown Heights.
