A Special Sefer Torah to Call Their Own

Hundreds turned out for a very special and unique occasion, the completion of new Sefer Torah for the Friendship Circle of Crown Heights. The new Torah was dedicated by the Chein family in honor of their son Boruch Shneur.

The Friendship Circle would like to thank Cross River Bank for their sponsorship of the Parade.

what a wonderful dedication to a wonderful child and a very worthy cause….

  • Wow!

The Friendship Circle united the entire community today. These special neshomos lifted all of us above our petty differences and showed that we are all truly one. Today, we saw that these special children are important members of our community , who have their own unique connection to the Torah. Thank you Rabbi and Mrs Majesky and the Friendship Circle!

    This is really nice.
Makes me remember some actual goodness about when I used to be a Chabad Chosid.
    Keep up the good work.
Kids and adults with special needs should be full part of daily life.
I never saw a person with special needs at a Farbrengen when I used to live in Crown Heights.
