  I still remeber those days in Oholei Torah when we would go to bake Matzah.

  These pictures are really nice. Everyone looks really happy. As a side note the first few pics show some young men with out gloves on, holding matzos This and the lack of hair nets is unsanitary please consider that when working with our food.

  There is no issue touching the matzh after its out of the oven – without gloves on.
  the issue is spreading chametz (row dough) on the unbaked matzha
