Boruch Dayan Hoemes: Chaim ‘Jaime’ Lipszyc, 50, OBM
With great sadness we inform you of the very untimely passing of Hatomim Chaim ‘Jaime’ ben Dovid Meir Lipszyc, OBM. He was 50 years old.
Originally from Brazil, Chaim came to learn in Tomchei Temimim Ocean Parkway, he was a Shliach as a talmid in Yeshivas Ohr Elchanan Chabad Los Angeles and he learned in the main yeshiva 770. He was a mashgiach for many years at Agriprocessors in Postville, Iowa. Most recently he served as a Shochet in the Midwest for AER Services.
Chaim is survived by his brother Gershon of S. Paulo, Brazil and family and cousins.
The Levaya willtake place tomorrow, Monday, and will be passing by 770 at around 3:30pm. The procession will continue to the Old Montifore Cemetery in Queens where he will be interred in close proximity to the Ohel.
