Burch Dayan Hoemes: R. Hershel Fogelman, 91, OBM

With sadness we inform you of the passing of Rabbi Hershel FogelmanOBM , Shliach of the Previous Rebbe and the Rebbe, who founded the Yeshiva in Worcester, Massachusetts, at the age of 91.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rochele Fogelman and their children, Mrs. Bassie Levin (Worcester, MA), Rabbi Menachem Mendel Fogeman (Worcester, MA), Rabbi Levi Yitzchok Fogelman (Natik, MA), Shmuel Binyomin (Mushi) Fogelman (Los Angeles, CA), Mrs. Sheva Liberow (Worcester, MA), and Mordechai (Mutty) Fogelman (Crown Heights), and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
