Rabbi Greenberg was indeed Chief Rabbi of Paterson, but it should be noted that he was also a leading Chabad rabbi at Congregation Anshei Lubavitch in neighbouring Fair Lawn, new Jersey.

Thank you, Gersho Eliyahu for making mention of his spiritual leadership in F.L. My father davened with him every Sunday before he passed in 1998. Through your one simple comment I’ve been able to find out where my father’s parents are buried. Both my father and my grandparents were close to Rabbi Greenberg. My he (and his wife) be bound in the bonds of life with Hashem.
