ULYOP ‘Lights Up’ Lutheran Hospital

Students in United Lubavitcher Yeshiva of Ocean Parkway brought the light of Chanukah to Yidden who unfortunately were unable to spend the holiday with their family and friends.

Students in the 3rd grade, led by their dedicated and resourceful Rebbeim, Rabbi Rienets and Rabbi Mendel Piekarsky, traveled to Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn.

The students put on a short Chanukah skit with a professional choir like performance that brought the big smiles to patients of all ages. The students left with a great feeling of accomplishment, knowing that they had a hand in lighting and uplifting the Chanukah spirit for another Jew.
