Bloomberg Lights First Candle in Manhattan
NEW YORK, NY [CHI] – On hand for an early Menorah lighting was Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg who a few hours before Chanukah lit the worlds largest kosher Chanukah Menorah with Rabbi Shmuel Butman and the Menorahs designer Yaakov Agam.
The lighting was done without a Brocha and we relit once again at the appropriate time with the Brochas.
