Cease Fire Goes into Effect at 9:00pm IST

After eight days of fierce fighting, Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr said ceasefire between Israel and Hamas will go into effect at 9:00pm [Israel Standard Time] Wednesday.
Amr spoke in Cairo during a joint press conference with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Israeli sources said Israel had agreed to a truce, but would not lift its blockade of the Palestinian territory, which was a demand made by Hamas as a precondition for negotiations.

What are we waiting for?
They started with throwing rocks. We did not crush them. They became stronger and now they have anti-aircraft missiles and missiles that reach Ben Gurion Airport. What are we waiting for – that they should have a full arsenal of weapons and chemical weapons from the neighboring countries??? Don’t you see the pattern. They keep getting stronger and deadlier!
