Suspected Terrorist Apprehended Near Kfar Chabad
A suspected terrorist was apprehended near Kfar Chabad after a search of his vehicle yielded a number of tools and knives that could be used to execute a terrorist attack similar to the ones that have been occurring across the country.
The suspect was apprehended off highway 44, which passes by Kfar Chabad, by a border patrol police unit, and was taken in for an investigation. A Hamas flag, along with a number of knives and batons, were found in his possession.
Yoel Belenitzky, the security coordinator of Kfar Chabad, said “at no point was the suspect inside Kfar Chabad and did not intend to enter our village. If he did, he would have fallen right into our waiting hands. We are continuing in our preparations according to the instructions we are receiving from security forces. We are constantly patrolling within the borders of the village and beyond.”
The suspect was turned over to the Internal Security Service (Shaba”k) for further investigation.

While the flag alone should get him hung, the “weapons” pictured don’t look any different than what i’d have in my car, 2 rounded serrated knives, some weird wooden stick, a pair of scissors and a box cutter look a lot more like a handyman going about his business but then again i might be wrong :) #keepingchabadrelevant
