He is the man in the red shirt and shorts.

Lately there has been a strange man who drives around in an old red convertible, on the lookout for children. He drives around looking for any young teens or children to hassle, and then tries to get them in his car either with promises of allowing them to drive his car or other rewards. One teen has reported being followed around the neighborhood and even after the teen went into a house, he waited for the said teen outside the residence. Please be very careful with this individual. It is unknown whether he is armed and or dangerous or not. Don’t approach him yourself if you want to give him a piece of your mind. Call Shomrim at (718) 773-4444.

    i saw him in flatbush around avenue k and nostrand avenue in the driveway of the shul talking to people…looked very wierd to me too…someone’s gotta find out who this dude is and set him straight…is he a pedo?? then get him the heck outta NY..does he need our rachmonus,, then lets help him out and let not his appearance be a deterrant….

    If anyone knows his name, you could check the online data bases to see if he is a registered offender. If he is, I am sure trying to lure kids into his car is against the conditions of his parole!

    I SAW HIM AT THE OHEL HE WAS SITTING AND WATCHING THE VIDEO, LOOKED REALLY STRANGE, THEN WHEN WE LEFT HE WAS OUTSIDE AND THE WHOLE SCENE AND HIS OUTFIT WAS STRANGE LOOKING. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY UP WITH THE GUY. QUESTION IS WHAT IS? AND SOMEBODY HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

    i saw him outside shul the second night of the chag loading things in his car with if im not mistaken a guy who looked like the one hes talking to in a few pictures with the grey beard but i may be mistaken although the guy in the red was definatly there..someones gotta do soemthing about it!

    Ok if he really is bad then why on earth is he not trying to blend in with that garb? he can get pulled over immediatley. Why isn’t someone asking him point blank what he is doing?

    im sure you can try and track down who he is, by checking his license plate out , if the car is under his name, at least then we will know something about him wether he is harmful or not.

    I’ve seen this guy around 770 sometimes asking for money or wtvr. he hangs around with one of the beggars there and is seen smoking and talking with the guy. someone should seriously ctach this guy doing something wrong and then give him what he deserves!

    If everyone is so concerned about safety, why is’nt anyone calling the police or doing a background check? What if this guy needs mental help?

    im sure you can find out about this guy somehow, and if you dont know his name. he has a car, im sure if you run his plates you can get his name and then look into him. how come nobody thought of that yet?????

    The guy who is seen talking to in the pictures is a guy who claims to be a psychiatrist and he wants to help him.

    The site "me" is talking about is http://www.ispyny.com you hear about it all the time on 880 and 1010.

    His garb; it keeps changing at this time he was like this, but that same night he was seen in a hat and jacket with a white shirt, then this yomtov i saw him in a kapote. So i dont know what exactly is up.

    What is happening in the pictures, is a confrontation where some residents wanted him to leave and he refused.

    THE FACT THAT HE IS POS. A PEDO. IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM, BUT WE SHOULD HAVE HIM ARRESTED FOR ENDANGERING THE WELLFARE OF A MINOR. IF ANY ONE CAN AND WILL TESTIFY PLEASE DO SO, YOU WILL BE HELPING TO PROTECT ALL THE CHILDREN OF THE AREAS HE HAS BEEN SEEN IN.

    Has anyone stopped to think that maybe this guy is completely innocent, and that you are all rushing to accuse an innocuous person of something ineffably abhorrent?

    Is there some personal satisfaction involved in knowing that
    there are evil people out there, and that you have finally cornered one?

    How many people commenting in this forum actually know anything more than I do about this person, other than seeing a few potentially misleading pictures, and a sketchy, haphazard, undocumented account of "a teen" being followed on one occasion?

    Whatever happened to being someone "dan lekaf zechus"?

    As a perfectly viable alternative interpretation of this farce, consider that this man may be someone who is actually the one being persecuted. There are powerful people who have a very large influence on the general public and are experts when it comes to besmirching innocent peoples’ good names and reputations.

    Before jumping to premature conclusions about anything in general, and peoples lives in particular, it is always crucial to think carefully and objectively about the situation, the factual evidence, and the drawn conclusions.

    Why do most of you seem so eager to see this man punished? What makes you believe he is any differen’t than any other quasi frum beggar?

    Ive seen him plenty of times around Boro Park driving like a maniac,cutting off cars, and people, & sticking out his middle finger if something does not go his way,and stopping for woman & Girls
    Ive seen him in the bobover shul asking people for money
    he is very very strange

    Intresting how come everyone is just giving Ideas here and no one is coming up with e real solution on how to handle him one call to the cops and they will tell all of yous if he is OK to be around or not. GOOD LUCK
    P.S. To me anyone in such strange cloth strikes a threat.
