Stephanie Simon and Shazia Kahn, reporters from NY1, will act as the “hosts” of the Tomorrow Show. They will call upon special guests to address the studio audience; some of the volunteers and parents will share their experiences. Featured speaker, Judah the Maccabee (Levi Welton), will speak about the fun he had when the Maccabees show gave a special presentation to Friendship Circle children during Chanukah. Avraham Fried, father of a Friendship Circle volunteer, will sit in for an exclusive interview. There will be commercial breaks, during which news of future programs will be broadcast, and of course, dinner will be served to the melodious sounds of the Neshoma Orchestra.

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 29 at the Jewish Children’s Museum, 792 Eastern Parkway (corner Kingston Avenue), Brooklyn, NY; reception at 7:00, dinner & entertainment at 8:00 and Museum tours will be running at 7:15 and 7:30. Everyone is invited to come pay tribute to the volunteers. Couvert is $180 per couple, $100 per person.

Tzirl Goldman director of friendship Circle at the Jewish Children’s Museum was excited about the dinner. “It’s so important to show the volunteers how much their work is felt. They give so much of their time, energy and focus, even during stressful times at school – midterms, finals… – I’m happy we’ll be giving them a really fun night!”
