A Letter From The Mother Of The Victim of Last Nights Attack
It’s my son who was beaten…. I spoke to the attacker on my son’s phone tonight…. and then to his aunt. She says he is 16 years old “and she is not turning him in” When I told him there are detectives working on the case…. and the mayor’s office involved, she just laughed. I asked the boy why he had to beat my son so severely for a stupid cell phone … he said “he wouldn’t give it up” Mendy never got a chance to “Give it up” he was jumped and then blacked out…. he remembers nothing about the attack.

Mendy came home yesterday afternoon. Internally he is ok B“H. He suffered a concussion. He has about 15 lumps all over his head and face. The inside of his mouth was shredded. His eye is swollen half shut. After the swelling goes down the doctors can determine if he needs facial surgery for the broken bones in his face. As of 8 yesterday morning the animal that did this was still calling. All during the day I tried calling to offer a ”reward“ for returning the phone, but he never answered. We think he may have gotten rid of the phone. Probably someone told him how stupid he was for calling everybody.
Yesterday I signed a release form for Cingular to track where the calls are coming from and give the police the records. The detective gave me hope that through this they will be knocking on the door next week. I forgot to mention before how when I was calling Mendys phone the night of the attack, and was talking top the aunt, she said ”you are disturbing my home in the middle of the night” When we find out who she is she will see what real disturbing is! We appreciate all the concern. We have catch the animal that did this to my son and show the rest of the animals out there that they can’t get away with hurting us.

Most phone there days have GPS so detectives can use a call to the attacker to identify their location. Do the detective know of these conversations and that you are able to make contact?

The NYPD should harbor no leniency on animals like the mug who attacked your son. We need to remove these creeps from the streets. Even last night, I saw three black thugs beat up one of their own girl friends on Brooklyn Avenue. There is no placce for this in New York.

To the Mother: The best hospital is Memorial Sloan Kettering in Manhattan. I suggest you get nothing less then the best medical care for your child. Some hospitals like KingsBrook are just plain inept (talking from experience) I don’t know about Kings County hospital (but judging by the Yankel Rosenbaum case I wouldn’t recommend them)

I can’t truely imagine how upset and angry you must be. I believe that the attacker(s) will be caught and a shame on his aunt who would harbor him from justice.
But I beseech you please don’t use racial slurs when refering to perpetrator of this horrible attack. This will only make matters worse within the community of CH as a whole. We need a better relationship with non Jews to put an end to these and other crimes.
If attacks like these had happened in the non Jewish community they’d be marching to the local precinct and city hall every night to make a point and get some action.
I encourage you and everyone in this community to take to the streets and demand action now not after something worse happens. It’s because the police are scared of riots that it takes them so long to respond!
They know that a) the blacks will riot over anything (even accidental injury), and b) the Jews WON’T riot over anything (even willful murder)!
So when give he option to arrest a black or have an unsolved case of an injured Jew where "they did their best to locate the criminal, but just were unable to find him", they’d much rather no have to deal with the blacks anger.

there was a story a few months ago about a women who’s car was stolen with her baby and her cell phone in the car. she contacted sprint and requested of them to release the location of here cell, they refused without the right documents singed. the woman pleaded with them saying here baby is being kidnapped.
they thank god found the car through a response to an amber alert. but she was furious with sprint. this story made it all over the news and sprint said they were working on changing the rules.
but in our case im sure there was enough time by now to work out all the legal matters that may be necessary.

After reading the letter (the article) twice, I still have not come across any racial slurs. The only thing I can think of the use of the term ‘animal’ in reference to the perpetrator of this horrid crime and the likes of him. If the term ‘animal’ in your mind represents racial slurs, or the reference to the likes of this perpetrator remind you of a specific race, then YOU are viewing this through a racist tinted periscope. Someone who can commit such a horrific crime for no reason, I’m sorry to say it, but that person is acting like an animal when they do it. the phone could even be off but as long as the battery is in there you could trace it within 30 seconds b/c the phone gives out to the local towers a IMEA Serial(or something like that) every couple of seconds in order to register with the tower for voicemail etc.
so if the police dont use it they can be legaly sued for not using their availabe (and easy) resources to catch the criminal
and it dosent take rocket science all they have to do is call the phone company and they do a simple calculation using geometry and they know where you are
