Moshiach Campaign Launched in Memory of Zev and Rochel Simons

The news spread around the world like a cold shiver, leaving everyone in a state of shock. We cried, and said tehillim, it was something unreal, impossible to have occurred.

A month after her parents, Zev and Rochel Simons A”H, were tragically taken from this world on 11 Tevet 5768, Mushkie returned to seminary, and we began thinking of something we can do to honor her dear parents. After hours of daydreaming and brainstorming, the ‘All You Have To Do -Moshiach Campaign’ was created.

It seemed absolutely obvious to us, that what the world needs now more then ever is Moshiach. And as the Rebbe told us countless times, ‘all you have to do is open your eyes and greet Moshiach’!

Less than a month ago, we launched the Moshiach Campaign in all of the English speaking Chabad seminaries in Israel, as well as Ohel Chana in Melbourne, Australia. We currently have two hundred and fifty girls registered, and we’re still growing ka”h!.

The point of the campaign is to ready ourselves and the world for Moshiach. Yes, Moshiach’s arrival is imminent, but we have to be ready. We have to learn to behave the right way, to speak, talk and live in a way befitting Moshiach’s arrival.

As a part of the campaign, each girl that registers receives an attractively compiled learning booklet about Moshiach. The booklet includes Sichos, Maamarim, stories etc. As an incentive to learn the material in the booklet, there will be a chidon on the content, and the winner will receive a beautiful prize.

There will be Campaign related activities and farbrengens when all the seminaries are together. Participants of the program will also receive program souvenirs, something special to prepare them for Moshiach’s arrival, from time to time. Newsletters which contain Moshiach-related articles and ideas are emailed to the girls regularly, and the Campaign has a blog which is frequently updated.

For more information about the program, to be involved or to help financially, please contact the campaign organisers by email, allyouhavetodo@gmail.com.

May we merit to greet Moshiach right now, a time when all of us will be reunited with people we love.
