Paris Community Gathers for Hey Teves Farbrengen

Rabbi Herschel Raskin of Montreal was the guest speaker at a Farbrengen in Paris, France, last night in honor of Hey Teves.

A large crowd of Rabbonim, Shluchim and Anash were in attendance, and greatly inspired by the Farbrengen, which lasted until the late hours of the night.
