Students Bring Presents to the Rebbe for Yud Shvat

Throughout the week, students from Oholei Torah are busy preparing for Yud Shevat, by learning basi legani and all the minhagim of the day.

All the classes in the school will have traveled to the Ohel, but one class in particular prepared in a most unique way. Talmidim from Rabbi Yossi Goldstein‘s class took turns in reciting bosi legani. Every talmid had the chance to be chazzan reading on his own from inside the sefer. The children knew how to act accordingly – doing all the minhogim, knocking on the door before going in etc. The behavior of the students was exceptionally well and having the proper derech eretz.

The trips to the Ohel are being coordinated with the principals of the various yeshiva divisions and Ohel offices.
