Yagdil Torah Opens New Heichal Halimud

Yagdil Torah is an organization in Crown Heights dedicated to increasing in Torah study, and Sunday they took the next step, by opening a Bais Medrash [torah study hall], right in the heart of the neighborhood.

The crowd got together for the dedication ceremony of Heichal Halimmud Tiferes Yitzchok and enjoyed light refreshments and said lechaim.

The Beis Medrash is located at 574 Empire Boulevard, between Kingston and Brooklyn, and is open every day from 6:00am to 12:00am.

Why is Zalmy SHneur’s hat so beaten. He should of worn his usual hat “the little one” for the torah crowd.

The place is to small and under ground not conducive to bring the masses….

Nice thing but after waiting so many years and so many prime places this is the wrong place

    Thanks Barber Family for donating…

lets hope takeh that it will IY”H be too small, and there will be a need for a bigger place…
But it is very nice, and a great idea. Thank you Yagdil Torah, and thank you Barber Family for making this possible. A beautiful dedication to R’ Yitzchoks memory – someone who attended shiurim daily. In your Zchus, many more people will do so on a daily basis.
    Thank you!

We are sorry about the AC issue
We were turning over the world for a week to have it rectified but were unsuccessful. Two temporary solutions are in place and we are trying to finalize a permanent solution as soon as possible.
The place is B”H big enough for hundreds of people to learn there on a daily basis – throughout the day each at his own time. The place can fit 40 people comfortably at a single time. An additional 15 can sit in the shiur room at a time. It will be our greatest wish that people will come and have no where to sit.
Also while our budget has been doubling every year – the next possible larger location would require four times the amount of initial capital to open up.
Thanks to everyone for understanding and we invite you all to check out the best place to learn in Crown Heights.

i think you meant it will be open till 12 AM, not 12 PM. Yeah they had some AC issues, but I heard they brought in another one to make sure ppl are comfortable.
