Fatal Shooting on Lefferts Ave in Crown Heights Tuesday Night

A shocking incident shook Crown Heights Tuesday when a person was shot and killed on the same block as Bais Rivkah Lefferts Ave.
According to a report from Rabbi Yaacov Behrman, the incident took place at 415 Lefferts Ave around 6:00pm Tuesday, with Crime Scene investigation presently working at the scene.
Rabbi Behrman reported that witnesses stated that the victim and perpetrator got into a verbal dispute, during which the perpetrator brandished a firearm and fired four shots.
The services of Chesed Shel Emes were not needed.
