No, they are alleged to have assaulted him; there is no allegation that they beat him up, or did any serious harm to him at all.

And no, it’s not racist to remind people that the First Buffoon publicly claimed that if he had a son he’d have been like that piece of garbage, Trayvon Martin.

Blacks are assaulted by their “brothers” every day and every night. What happened at the Utica Ave. train station is business as usual in the “African American community”. When a Jew assaults anyone, Jew or Gentile it is shameful and an anomaly, as it should be.

As far as the Israeli bachurim the black man did not sustain any injuries, so could not quite be called a vicious beating. As far as it being racist, and not just drunk bachurim acting like drunk idiots, there are multiple witnesses, Jewish and black, that state that no racial slurs were used. It seems likely that the “hate crime” charge was due more to the fact that the man was an off-duty auxillary cop than to what actually transpired.

Black on black altercation! Why isn’t this front page news all over the country? Where is Al Sharpton’s commentary? I thought that he cared about the black community. Oops, my bad, he only cares if he can use a case to hit another race, ethnic group. or government agency over the head with.

So, we see from here that criminals, with some exceptions of course, do not discriminate and just target Jews. But, I guess that’s the sacrifice we make living in an ethnic – NO! – I mean in a high-crime community.
