Two Apprehended for Brazen Kingston Bike Robbery

A Jewish boy fell victim to a violent robbery on busy Kingston Avenue, when two Black teens shoved him off his bike and fled. Police managed to apprehend the pair – who were later released into the custody of their parents.

The incident occurred Kingston Avenue and Carroll Street at 6:30pm, with the street full of people. The muggers brazenly ignored the hubbub and shoved a Jewish boy off of his bicycle, then took off.

A chase ensued and two patrolling detectives spotted the duo and apprehended them on Rutland Road and New York Avenue, more than a mile away from the scene of the crime.

The victim was brought down to identify the muggers, which he did, and they were arrested and charged with the robbery. The bike was returned to its owner.

Due to the muggers ages, 14-15 years-old, they were released into the custody of their guardians.

      I have lived all my life in Crown Heights, I have the Tzach list and I searched on line for someone named ‘Community’ and no name like this came up. Apperently theres no one by that name.

      Stop expecting or demanding that someone else (like Mr. Community) take action and step up yourself to the plate and do what needs to be done.

    As the facts over the pasy years prove again and again, the NYPD are as crooked as the criminals. They are directly responsible for the absolute relaxation and ease with which local criminals from age 10 through adulthood pursue theft, assault and general harrassment of Jews in Crown Heights.

  • Lefty to the custody of their guardians

    These guardians (read parents) are usually the very ones who condone crimes done against the Jews. I have seen teachers leading students on a walk outside the school on president and brooklyn, and just watching them throw small stones at passing Jews. Releasing these criminals back to their parents is a reward, not a punishment. These people have no sense of accountability.

  • Fed Up

    Where is Al Sharpton and/or Charles Barron to denounce this crime? Oh that’s right, Jews do not count, especially if it is a black on Jewish crime!
