Chabad Israel Center of L.A. Lights Up the Night!

There was a definitely joyous crowd at Chabad Israel Center’s annual Light the Night Community Chanuka Festival. What could be a better way to spend the Chanukah holiday than with amazing rides, face painting, video games truck, hot food, stiltwalkers, and of course a Giant Menorah Lighting!

Robert Mednik, the local manager of Wells Fargo Bank, lit the Shamash, as the crowd looked on.

The Consul General of Israel to Los Angeles, the Honorable Mr. David Siegel, honored us with his presence and the reciting of the Chanukah Blessings.

The highlight of the night was a death-defying tightrope act, holding our breaths as Chris walked the tightrope while it was lit on fire!

Through the hard work by Rabbi Amitai Yemini and Rabbi Asher Yemini, Chabad Israel Center once again brought the Chanukah joy to over one thousand community members and families. A big thank you to the event’s sponsors: Guess Inc, 3Wise Ventures, and Wells Fargo Bank.
