Oholei Torah Staff Gather for End of Year Appreciation Luncheon

On the final day of the school year, the dedicated mechanchim, morahs, and staff of Oholei Torah gathered for a special appreciation luncheon hosted by Oholei Torah Hanhala and the Oholei Torah Mothers Committee (OTMC).

The event featured a beautiful fleishig spread prepared by Moshe Reichman together with the Oholei Torah kitchen staff and coordinated by the Yeshiva’s Operations Department. The luncheon provided an opportunity for staff members from across the yeshiva to come together and celebrate another successful year of chinuch.

Rabbi Mendel Blau, Roish Moissed, addressed the gathering and expressed heartfelt appreciation to the staff for their unwavering dedication throughout the year. He spoke about the unique role and responsibility of a mechanech, emphasizing the lasting impact that every rebbi and teacher has on the lives of their talmidim.

As a token of appreciation, every staff member received a sefer from the hanhala. Division principals personally presented the seforim, sharing individual words of recognition and appreciation that highlighted each staff member’s unique contributions and accomplishments throughout the year.

Rabbi Yehoshua Lustig, Menahel K’lali, shared an exciting presentation highlighting recent developments and future plans for the yeshiva. Among the updates was the announcement of Oholei Torah’s newest acquisition, 402 Eastern Parkway, a significant milestone in the yeshiva’s continued growth and expansion.

The luncheon provided a meaningful opportunity for staff members to gather together, reflect on a year of tremendous growth and accomplishment, and draw inspiration as they prepare for the summer months ahead.

Oholei Torah extends its sincere gratitude to the OTMC for organizing this special event and for their ongoing support of the yeshiva’s staff and mission of Chinuch Al Taharas HaKodesh.
